2018 Budget Approved

The annual neighborhood meeting was held Wednesday, April 4th, 2018 at 7:00 PM
31 houses were represented by homeowners and proxies.
The homeowners present voted to increase dues to $130.00. This is a one time increase to cover the costs to update the covenants.

 

2018 Dates to Remember

Annual Creekside Neighborhood Garage Sale – 1st weekend in June, Saturday and Sunday.
Annual Picnic – September 8th, in the cul-de-sac on Ridgeview Drive
Luminarias – December 23rd and 24th

 

Covenant Reminders

Parking in the Neighborhood

Residents workforce vehicles are prohibited from being parked in
the neighborhood overnight in driveways or on the street. Such vehicles
should be parked in garages or parked elsewhere. Trailers of all types –
storage, travel, etc. and other utility vehicles are also prohibited
from being parked in the neighborhood on the driveways and street. These
restrictions are part of our neighborhood covenants. Every single
homeowner received a copy of these covenants when they purchased their
home. Purchasing a home in this neighborhood is acceptance and agreement
to abide by these covenants.

Speed Limits

The speed limit on all streets in the neighborhood is 25 MPH. Please be a good neighbor and adhere to the speed limit.

Hover and Pike Construction

Traffic in the neighborhood may be impacted by the construction on
Pike Road that is related to the construction on the lot at Pike and
Hover. Reports of people sleeping in the playground at Lefthand Park
have been reported. Be alert and call the police if you observe any
inappropriate behavior.

Making A Change

Exterior House Remodels, House Painting and other Architectural Changes must receive approval from the Creekside Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
