WHEN: Thursday, October 30. Registration begins at 5:00pm, Meeting begins at 5:30pm.

WHERE: Community Room C1481 (combined Rooms C1480 & C1482), Front Range Community College, Boulder County Campus, 2121 Miller Dr, Longmont, CO

WHAT TO BRING: Packet of information mailed to each household mid-October that includes the agenda and the budget. Please bring the contents of the packet with you as limited additional copies of these materials will be available. If you cannot attend in person,  please fill out/assign/deliver your proxy to a Member who will attend.

WHAT TO EXPECT: The main purposes of this Annual Meeting are 1) to elect directors to open seats and 2) review the 2026 Annual Budget approved by the Board. Other topics may be included on the Agenda.
