Real Estate Transactions – Status Letters

Most of the documentation required for a real estate transaction (articles, bylaws, covenants, financial statements for the HOA) can be found in the sections below. For real estate professionals requiring a Status Letter for a home in the Creekside HOA, please contact the Treasurer for further assistance.

The Creekside I Homeowners Association is a common interest community created after June 30, 1992 pursuant to the provisions of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership act codified at C.R.S. 39-33.3-101 et seq.


Covenants

The Creekside I Homeowner’s Association consists of six (6) separate filings. A 2022 vote to consolidate the covenants did not pass all filings. To find the covenants applicable to your address, please do the following:

Making A Change

Exterior house painting, landscaping, and architectural changes must receive approval from the Design Review Committee. Email your Project Submission form to the Design Review Committee.
