Creekside HOA – Longmont, Colorado

Creekside is a picturesque Boulder County neighborhood comprised of 157 custom and semi-custom homes. Our neighborhood is bound by Lefthand Creek on the north, Plateau Road on the south, and is home to Lefthand Creek Neighborhood Park, an 11.5 acre park with multi-use playing fields and a roller hockey rink.

All property owners in Creekside are members of the Creekside I Homeowners Association (a.k.a. Creekside Homeowners Association or Creekside HOA). The Creekside HOA is managed by an elected Board of Directors and belongs to the Longmont Neighborhood Group Leadership Association.

The HOA is charged with maintaining HOA common property and enforcing Covenants. The Board appoints an Architectural Design Committee (ADC) to review and approve proposed exterior changes to residences in the HOA to maintain compliance with the Covenants.

The Creekside HOA is run by an all-volunteer board and relies on volunteers to organize neighborhood activities including the annual summer block party and the holiday luminaria program.
