HOA Officers and Board of Directors

The Creekside HOA is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors elected by the HOA Membership. Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer) are elected to a 1-year term. Directors are elected to a 3-year term. The year the term ends for each Director is shown in parentheses.

President/Director – Matt Menza (2024)
Vice President/Director – Robert Krull (2024)
Treasurer – Andy Torchalski

Secretary – Renee Hartsook
Director – Dave Bartel (2022)
Director – Anna Gravelle (2023)
Director – Kevin O’Brien (2022)

Per the Bylaws, the President and Vice President must be Directors. The Treasurer and Secretary and Treasurer are elected Officers who must be Owners within the Creekside HOA but they do not have to be Directors. There are five (5) Directors, as provided for in Section 5.1 of the Bylaws,  permitted in Article 9 of the Articles of Incorporation, and specified in a written resolution.
