Design Review Committee
The Design Review Committee (DRC), formerly the Architectural Design Committee, is a Board-appointed committee of volunteers from the HOA Membership. The DRC reviews and approves proposed exterior changes to residences in the HOA to maintain compliance with the Covenants.

Submit a Project for Approval
The filing in which your home is located will determine what covenants apply. Not sure in which filing is located? A look up table of filings by address can be found here. Familiarize yourself with the covenants applicable to your filing before submitting a project for approval.

A Project Submission Form is required for all requests.

Step 3. Include a Plant Schedule as applicable
Landscaping projects require submission of a plant schedule (a detailed list of the plant name, size, and quantity of each plant used in the landscape design).
