Architectural Design Committee

The Architectural Design Committee (ADC) is a Board-approved committee of volunteers from the HOA Membership.  The ADC committee reviews and approves proposed exterior changes to residences in the HOA to maintain compliance with the Covenants.

Planning changes to the exterior of your home? Please contact the ADC for guidance. 


Block Party

The Annual Meeting of the HOA is held as a block party. This event is organized by Anna Gravelle.


Holiday Luminarias

Each Christmas Eve the HOA sponsors holiday luminarias placed along the sidewalks of each home in the HOA. This event is organized by Sandeep Bhushan.


Neighborhood Group Leaders Association

The Neighborhood Group Leaders Association (NGLA) is a partnership between the City and a network of over 50 registered community groups, created to develop relationships and communication between neighborhoods and the City. Alisha Graham is the NGLA representative for the Creekside HOA.

Exterior house remodels, house painting and other architectural changes must receive approval from the Architectural Design Committee.
