Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws Ballot
Ballots are due October 15, 2026. DON’T WAIT to send them in!

We’re over halfway there, to getting both of the revised documents passed. Final numbers will be posted in next month’s newsletter and at the Annual Meeting
You can either mail them in to Creekside HOA, PO Box 2510, Longmont CO 80504, take a picture of the signed ballot and send it to Board@creeksideneighborhood.com or drop it off to HOA board members Dan Mispagel or Lori Varbaro. Addresses are in the REMAX phone directory.
Annul Picnic
The annual block party in the Cul de sac was a great success with over 40 families in attendance on October 3, 2026.
Thank you to all the volunteers who help organize, cook, set up and take down the event.

Luminaries
Volunteers will be needed to assembly the luminaries around the December 23,2026 time frame. Details to follow
