WHEN: Monday, October 28. Registration begins at 5:00pm, Meeting begins at 5:30pm.
WHERE: First Floor Meeting Room A/B, Longmont Public Library, 409 4th Ave
WHAT TO BRING: Packet of information was mailed to each household on October 17th that includes the agenda and the budget. Please bring the contents of the packet with you as limited additional copies of these materials will be available. If you cannot attend in person, please fill out/assign/deliver your proxy to a Member who will attend.
WHAT TO EXPECT: The main purposes of this Annual Meeting are 1) to elect directors to open seats and 2) review the 2025 Annual Budget approved by the Board at the October 16th Board Meeting. Other topics may be included on the Agenda.
