Collections/Enforcement Policies Updated

Signed into law in June of this year and in force as of August 9, 2022, HB22-1137 (commonly known as the Homeowners’ Association Board Accountability And Transparency Act) requires revision of several Creekside HOA policies including the Covenant and Rule Enforcement Policy and Collection of Unpaid Assessments Policy.  The updated policies have been posted.

Making A Change

Exterior house painting, landscaping, and architectural changes must receive approval from the Design Review Committee. Email your Project Submission form to the Design Review Committee.
