Signed into law in June of this year and in force as of August 9, 2022, HB22-1137 (commonly known as the Homeowners’ Association Board Accountability And Transparency Act) requires revision of several Creekside HOA policies one of which being the Conduct of Meetings Policy. The updated Conduct of Meetings Policy has been posted.

Although the format is slightly different, the only changes to the text required by HB22-1137 are found in Section 2.(d)(4) as it pertains to closed door (Executive) sessions of the Board.
