The Annual Meeting of the Creekside I Homeowners’ Association will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, 5:30-7:30 pm in Meeting Room A/B at Longmont Public Library, 409 4th Ave. Registration begins at 5:00 pm. This is an important business meeting for the Association and as such we encourage Members to participate by attending in person or by proxy.
Meeting information packets including the Meeting Agenda, 2025 Approved Budget, and blank proxy forms were mailed on October 17th. Please review these materials promptly after receipt.
Items on the Agenda include:
- Elect Directors to fill two expiring and one vacant Board seats. If you are an Association Member and would like to be a named Director candidate at the Meeting, please notify the Board at board@creeksideneighborhood.com no later than two business days before the meeting. Also, a call for volunteers will be made at the Meeting and all Candidates will have the opportunity to make a statement prior to the vote.
- Review the 2025 Association Budget approved at the October 16 Board Meeting.
- Various Committee Reports.
If you cannot attend the Meeting in person, please fill out, sign, date, and deliver your proxy to the Board or Secretary before the Meeting starts. Alternatively, you may deliver your completed proxy to a Member who will be attending in person and who may in turn deliver it to the Board or Association Secretary before the Meeting starts.
