REMINDER: The Annual Meeting of the Creekside I Homeowners’ Association will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, 5:30-7:30 pm in Community Room C1481 (cojoined rooms C1480-1482) at Front Range Community College, Boulder County Campus, 2121 Miller Dr, Longmont, CO. Registration begins at 5:00 pm. This is an important business meeting for the Association and as such we encourage Members to participate by attending in person or by proxy so that we may have a quorum (32 Owners) to conduct business.
If you cannot attend the Meeting in person, please fill out, sign, date, and deliver your proxy to the Board or Secretary before the Meeting starts. Alternatively, you may deliver your completed proxy to a Member who will be attending in person and who may in turn deliver it to the Board or Association Secretary before the Meeting starts.
