There’s been several changes and news happenings over the past month.
HOA Board News
Fritz Foss resigned from the board on 7/16/2026. We want to thank Fritz for all his hard work over the past several years and wish him well!!
The new board consists of the following people who were elected on July 21, 2026,HOA Board Meeting

Special Meeting – Bylaws review and The Articles of Incorporation
A special meeting to review the proposed Bylaws and The Articles of Incorporation is scheduled for September 17, 2026 at Front Range Community College, Community Room from 5:30-7:30pm. A cover letter and invitation will be mailed to each homeowner in the coming days explaining the changes and providing further information. A representative of Lyons Gaddis will attend the meeting to answer any questions. We ask that you submit questions by September 10, 2026, to Board@creeksideneighborhood.com. This will help in streamlining the meeting. All Documents will be loaded to the Creeksideneighborhood.com website for the community to review.

Fence repair was completed on August 18th and 19th
Additional News
After a historically dry winter which left many yards parched and in poor condition this spring, much needed spring moisture has brought them back to life and most are looking no worse for the wear. The Association would like to remind all owners to finish their spring clean-up and continue maintaining their yards incompliance with Covenants. While this maintenance includes sufficient watering, please be mindful of water usage.
Thanks to the Landscaping Committee and its Volunteers, we again have new spring plantings at Creekside’s main entrance at the corner of Pike Road and Ridgeview Drive. Please take notice of and enjoy these throughout the summer as they grow and flower. The next Creekside Board of Directors meeting is TBD. Owners are encouraged to attend. Remote meeting attendance is now available to owners, please contact the Board and the Association Secretary (secretary@creeksideneighborhood.com) with your name, physical address, preferred email address and phone number to request remote meeting attendance and further information.
