- Campers, boats and trailers are only allowed to be parked for 72 hours for loading and unloading.
- Friendly Reminder: As we move into the warmer months and temperatures climb, please remember to adjust your irrigation controllers to give your lawn the needed amount of moisture to stay green to keep our community looking lush and vibrant. If you need assistance with adjusting your controllers, feel free to call Brian Terry at 303 845-0949, and he will be happy to try to help you adjust the controllers for the right amount of water to keep your lawn looking great.
- Left Hand Water District will be completing a water main replacement on

- If you are making any changes to your house or landscaping, instructions and forms for how to submit a project for approval can be found on the the creeksideneighborhood.com website on the Design Review page. Any questions should be emailed to architecture@creeksideneighborhood.com
- The next board meeting is July 31st, 5:30-7:30 pm at the Longmont library.
- The Block party is scheduled to take place on September 28
