Homeowner Obligations under their Filing’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R)

    • Look up your filing by address
    • Keep property’s landscaping in compliance, e.g. Filing 6 CC&R, Section 12.6 states “All landscaping shall be maintained in a neat and attractive condition. Minimum maintenance requirements include watering, mowing, edging, pruning, removal and replacement of dead or dying plant materials, removal and/or elimination of weeds and noxious grasses, treatment of diseased plant material and removal of trash.”
    • Download, complete and submit a Project Submission Form (PSF) on the Design Review webpage to, and obtain subsequent approval from, the Design Review Committee prior to beginning an exterior project on your property.

Exterior house painting, landscaping, and architectural changes must receive approval from the Design Review Committee. Email your Project Submission form to the Design Review Committee.
