It’s the season for change and nowhere is that more noticeable than for your HOA Board. Last month you heard from former HOA President Matt Menza regarding his resignation as President and Director. Thanks Matt for your leadership and the progress you and the Board were able to make in updating our governing documents and the many other projects the Board took on. Also last month another key member of that very productive Board team, Robert Krull, resigned as Vice President and Director. Bob’s direct leadership style and his ability to get things done will be missed by the Board. Luckily Bob has agreed to stay on as Design Review Committee (DRC) Chairperson. Not only will he work with you on any landscape or ancillary structure projects requiring DRC approval, he along with current Board Director Kevin O’Brien will champion the passage of the consolidated Design Guidelines which should be available for general review later this year. At a Special Board meeting on April 26 I was appointed to fill the vacant President position through September 2023. These are big shoes to fill but I look forward to the challenge.
