Happy Holidays! I want to thank Donovan Family and Ben & Stephanie Gruidel for volunteering to decorate the Creekside signs. They did a really great job! The Donovans took on the Pike entrance and the Gruidels helped us go completely solar with new lights at the Sunset and Creekside sign. The HOA really looks festive this season, so thank you all for such nice displays this year.
In other quick news:
- The new combined covenants for filings 1,2 and 5 are now registered with the state and published on the website.
- HOA invoices for 2023 will be sent out by the end of December.
- Lastly, we are looking for several volunteers to fill HOA board and committee spots. Please email the board if you are interested: board@creeksideneighborhood.com
