Spring is here and flowers are in bloom! This is the best time to get ahead of weed control. A good antiweed and fertilizer treatment now will help combat the spring weed blossom. This is also a great time to trim vegetation and foliage off the HOA fences along Plateau and Sunset roads before they get full of thick leaves. The HOA fences must be free from vegetation so they are not damaged by overgrowth. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep the HOA fences free of vegetation so they are not damaged. Let’s get ahead of it now and enjoy the beauty of our HOA and the Colorado spring weather!
In other news, a Creekside HOA homeowner reported a daytime vandalism of their car on Creekside Drive on April 7th. Please report any vandalism or suspicious activity to the police.
