A Town Hall was held on Wednesday June 15, 2022 at the American Legion Post 32. First, a big thank you to Matt Menza (a Navy veteran) for securing this meeting space!
The purpose of the Town Hall was to discuss the proposed consolidated covenants (this was not a business meeting and no other topics were discussed, no motions were made or votes taken).
Twenty-three (23) households were in attendance and an additional three households sent comments prior to the meeting. An attorney from Altitude Community Law joined by telephone to answer questions.
Comments from all sources (submitted by email or given verbally during the meeting) have been compiled and can be found here. The HOA Board is working diligently to review all comments and determine where revisions of the proposed consolidated covenants are needed based on the feedback received.
