It’s such a small thing, a search field. But as our website has grown and we’ve accumulated so much content (!) it’s challenging to make information easy to locate. In particular, it’s important that information about upcoming events (the Annual Meeting! the vote on the proposed Consolidated Covenants!) are readily located.
Instead of a navigation menu (which, let’s be honest, only works if your logic in terms of where something should be filed matches my logic), we’ve added a simple webpage search field. Take a look in the right column on this page and you’ll see a box that reads “CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU NEED?”. (If you are reading this on a mobile device, the box will appear directly below this post.)
Enter your search term (e.g., “annual meeting” or “covenants”) and all the pages that mention that term will pop up in a new window. (Yep, it works like every other search engine you’ve ever encountered.)
No, a search window is not an earth shattering development, but it is a new feature for our little website. I wanted to highlight it to (hopefully) save folks time!
